Everything about this case is decided by the fact that it travels. It measures 3.9 inches each way and 2 deep, which is hand-luggage size and coat-pocket size; the shell is stiff faux leather rather than a soft pouch, so nothing inside gets crushed; and the interior is divided rather than open, because an undivided box is how a fine chain arrives at a wedding in a knot. Three hooks along the top take necklaces with the pendants hanging free. Six slots below take rings. What is left divides as you want it, which is where the studs and the watch end up.
