How we keep this catalogue current
What gets re-read, how often, and what happens to a piece that goes out of stock.
Prices
Every price on this site comes out of our own product data and is rewritten when it moves. The catalogue was last updated on October 10, 2026, and at that update it held 30 pieces in stock across 137 tone and set combinations. Where a figure here and the figure at the till disagree, the till is the one that counts.
A piece we cannot currently buy does not appear at all. It is not hidden behind a “currently unavailable” label: it comes off the site at the next build and comes back by itself when it returns to stock, because the catalogue behind these pages keeps asking about it either way.
Sizes, character limits, metals and cloth
These come from the same product data and are rebuilt from it on every pass, so nobody types a size into a paragraph by hand. A blanket size is the rectangle of the cloth, wide side first; a chain length is the chain without its extender; a character limit is the number of characters the piece takes, and a name shorter than that simply leaves the plate narrower. The metal line names what the piece is sold as and, where there is a plating, what the plating is over. Where our product data gives no figure, the line is left out rather than guessed.
Pictures
Every photograph on this site shows the piece being sold, with a sample name on it rather than yours. Four kinds of frame are left out on purpose: the size chart drawn across the picture, because it argues with our own figures beside it; the birth flower calendar and the font table, because a chart is not a photograph; the delivery badge and the country rosette printed into the pixels, because a claim in a photograph is still a claim and a text audit cannot see it; and one frame of a named blanket hanging on a crib, because it contradicts what these pages say about where a blanket belongs. On this brand that removes about a third of the frames the catalogue arrives with.
Claims about metal, nickel and babies
This catalogue never says in its own voice that a piece is hypoallergenic, nickel-free or safe for sensitive skin. Those words belong to the packaging, and this site prints the metal instead. Anything here that touches what nickel does, what "gold plated" and "sterling silver" are allowed to mean in law, where a blanket with a baby's name on it belongs, or what the law says about lead in a children's product, is written under a published source rather than over one. The register below is the whole of it, and every entry was opened and read on September 8, 2026 before a link was put on it.
Corrections
If a size, a character count or a metal on this site argues with the piece in your hands, write to keepsake@yofair.net with the page and the figure. It gets fixed at the next update, and we say what changed. The rest of what Yofair will and will not print about itself is set out in the editorial policy.
